Port Sunlight Show

First! Don't be too late for my blog candy which closes midnight UK time,Monday 12th Oct, check my side bar for details
We had an exciting day at the Port Sunlight Show yesterday and it was such a happy atmosphere. Always a great show and, as always, a sell out!
We really thought everything was going pear shaped for us when my friendCaz (of Stampattack who I dem for) took ill on Friday. We'd all had lunch in a cafe before we set up the show stand and Caz later developed severe pain ending up with an ambulance trip to hospital, later to find it was food poisoning. Despite all this, the treatment worked well and she was a heroine and made it to the show.
This concertina file card I made as a display sample for the show. It is a larger version of the one I posted on 23rd Sept., but it has a ribbon under the bottom to hold the file pockets together. I designed it to display the above tags which are stamped with the new quotes plate from Stampattack,  NEW for the show.
Great to see friends old and new and lovely to meet up with some blogging buddies too. I had some lovely gifts too which I'll post tomorrow.
Demonstrations by Karen from Happy Stampers

Above,Mary Kay of Stamp Camp, always a lovely smile!
Below, Linda and Lost Coast Designs
 Wendy from Card-io
 Jill from Stampman
Paddy busy demonstrating
 Paddy's Stamping Place
Show over ....almost packed up and Caz and Jo of Stampattack are waiting for the breakdown van... the axle broke on the trailer wheel just to finish the day nicely!!!!

Oooh thanks for sharing the photos - it's great to get and insight when you can't attend a show - and lovely to put faces to names of shops, websites, and designers.
