WOYWW 70/Afriston

I'm back home after a really good break on the South coast of England with some of my family. I miss them already! I loved sharing time with the little ones and it was magic crunching through the Autumn leaves with my 3 year old grandee, and being amazed at the glorious colours of the trees with her. I showed her how to make Sycamore wings fly like helicopters and she was as thrilled as I was at the memory of doing it with my two DDs when they were little.

I posted last week on my laptop whilst on holiday and the link didn't work, so despite being up at 6am with my little grandees and having a rare chance to post my earliest ever at No 13, I ended up having to repost and it became my latest ever at 144!! The dratted dongle we bought didn't dingle as it should have done and I couldn't send comments to any WOYWWers.

This week my desk is sheer mayhem as I have just dumped everything crafty that I brought home.  I took 2x A4 boxes of materials to prep "Make and Takes" for upcoming shows as I had plenty of time whilst the grandees were asleep. You will notice that I brought back so much more, especially as I visited two craft shops and bought quite a bit of stash. 

We managed to visit the Craft Barn in Lingfield which is a fabulous crafter's paradise with so many stamp ranges and such a good range of materials. I'll just have to pay a return visit to fill up and spend the other half of my loyalty card. Well that's my excuse and it didn't take long to become loyal to their cause!!!

That funny little character blcok stamp in them middle is a charity show find for £1.50. He looked a bit quirky and I had to rescue him and bring him home.

The bundle of coffee stirrers are in hand for the make & take fans I'm preparing and No! I didn't help myself to them ... I was cheeky enough to ask for some and was grateful to be given them! Thanks to C**** coffee! Won't tell which branch for fear of getting the manager in trouble.

That desk will have to be cleared as I have so much to prepare for the next shows.... which leads to....a few reminders:
